With over 1000 boats built, the 42 Mk II is considered one of the most popular production sailboats over 40 feet and is a favorite among cruisers for it’s design, cruising performance, and comfort. The deck was designed with short-handed sailing in mind. The long horizontal skeg runs aft between the fin or wing keel and the rudder providing exceptional tracking for this monohull design.
