Taika is a custom designed performance catamaran that offers speed, safety and a contemporary Interior. This DH 550 was designed and built by Phil Harvey of Gunboat to be his personal boat to sail the world with his family. The present owners purchased Taika in 2017 and improved her for their cruising needs.
Paul Harvey started the initial build process in 2006 however, the final construction of the hull and all other components wasn’t started until early 2012 and finally completed in 2013.
